Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (LPPD) contains the rights of the personal data owner data subjects arising from the LPPD. The data subjects can access these rights from article 11 of the LPPD and the disclosure Text on the protection of personal data on our website.
Provided that other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (the Board) are reserved, the data subjects may apply to the Company using the following methods:
- Personal Application
- Through notary public
- By sending an e-mail to the registered electronic mail address of the Company after signing with a mobile signature or secure electronic signature,
- By sending an e-mail from your e-mail address which was previously notified to our company and registered in our system.

* It is obligatory that the documents proving the identity of the data subjects who will apply personally are submitted.
** “Data Subject Information Request by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data” should be written in the subject line of the e-mail or on the notification envelope of the application form.
The data subject requests will be concluded by the Company within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request as per article 13/2 of the LPPD. Click here to download the application form.
